Boneless chicken. 1 kg
Green chilli. 7-8
Lemon juice. 2 tbsp
Oil. 2 tbsp
Green coriander. Half bunch
Ginger garlic paste. 1 tbsp
Cream. 1 tbsp
Corn flour. 1 tbsp
Meat tenderiser. 1 tsp
White pepper. 1 tsp
Salt. 1 tsp
Black pepper. 1/2 tsp
Zera powder. 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder. 1/2 tsp
Geram masala powder. 1/2 tsp
Coals. 1 small soze
For Handi:
Oil. 1 cup
Onion. 2 medium
Ginger garlic paste. 1 tbsp
Salt. 1/2 tsp
Garm masala powder. 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder. 1/2tsp
Qasoori methi. 1 tsp
Green chilli. 4-5
For Gravy Masala:
Milk. Half cup
Yogurt. 1 cup
Cream. 1 cup
