ingredients:
Full Chicken(With Skin)
Cut into Pieces

2 Tbsp Hot Water
Saffron(Zafran)
______
*🔷Marination*🔷
2 Tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Zeera Powder
1 Tbsp Garam Masala Powder
1 Tbsp Dry Coriander Powder
1 Tbsp Chaat Masala
1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 Tbsp Salt
1/2 Tbsp Paprika Powder
1 Tsp Black pepper Powder
1 Tsp Papaya Powder
1/2 Tsp Green Cardamom Powder
1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
Add Zafran Water
Mix Well
______
Spread Mixture on Chicken
Marinate for 2-3 Hours
1/2 Cup Cooking Oil(For Frying)
Marinated Chicken
Fry on Meduim-Low Flame from Both Sides
Cover & Cook for 15-20 Minutes

4 Medium Size Tomato
Coriander
Mint Leaves
2 Green Chilli
3 Garlic Cloves
1 Tsp Zeera
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2 Tbsp Vinegar
Blend Well
Make a Paste

*🔷Rice preperation*🔷
1/2 Cup Cooking Oil
2 Medium Size Onion
2 Bay Leaf( Tej Patta)
7-8 Cloves(Long)
1 Big Cardamom(Bari Elaichi)
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
4-5 Green Cardamom(Sabz Elaichi)
2 Cinnamom( Dar Chinni)
5 Green Chilli
Fry Well
Add 1 Tbsp Salt
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 Tbsp zeera
1/2 Tbsp Coriander Powder
1/2 Tbsp Garam Masala
Mix Well
Add 5 Cup Water
2 Chicken Cube
Boil it
Add 1/2 kg Rice(Soaked in Water)
Mix Well
Cover & Cooked Until Water Dry
& Again Cover and Low Cook
Garnishing
Chicken Mandi Ready
