Ingredients for Curry chicken
Marination:
1.5 kg chicken
1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Turmeric
2-3 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 cup curd
1/2 tea spoon red chili powder
2 teaspoon Chicken masala
Cooking:
100-150 ml cooking oil (mustard oil preferred)
5 big onions
4 small Tomatoes
6-7 green chilies
Crushed Ginger garlic with coriander seeds
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Turmeric
1 spoon red chili powder
3-4 tablespoon chicken masala
1-2 bowl water( As per gravy requirement)
Fresh coriander leaves for Garnish
Ghee tadka:
3 tablespoon Clarified butter (Ghee)
5-6 chopped garlic
1 teaspoon Jeera
