Ingredients:
2 onions
2 tomatoes
3 tbsp oil
1 1/2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
1 tsp garam masala
1 1/2 tsp chili powder/laal mirch
1/2 tsp cardamom powder/elaichi
100 grams pistachio powder/pista powder
1/2 tsp black pepper/kali mirch
1 tbsp crushed coriander seeds/sabut dhaniya
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder/dalchini powder
750 gms chicken
1 cup of water, add more if gravy becomes too thick while cooking.
5 tbsp yogurt/Dahi
