It has quite a long season actually - any time between April - October depending on the weather.

I think it's a bit late in the year. Can be found from June to November, the world record holder for size was found in Hants New Forest in October.

@@beccafirebird You are very welcome. It seems that the long, dry summers we've been having in recent years, has really pushed the fruiting season timelines back. However, I think the recent temperature drop will affect the late bloomers.

Hey Becca, we typically find them over quite a broad season depending on the weather. Anywhere between April - October depending on the season :)
