CHICKEN POCHERO | THE BEST & EASIEST TO FOLLOW RECIPE

CHICKEN POCHERO is a Filipino tomato-based soup dish. It usually uses pork to this dish, however, this can be cooked with chicken as well. It is very easy to prepare and perfect for rainy or cold weather.
Ingredients:
5 cloves minced garlic
1 medium-sized red onion
3 small-sized tomatoes
850g chicken quarter legs
3 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp ground pepper
35g tomato paste
4 cups of​ water
1 medium-sized potato
3 pcs banana
150g green beans
3 bunch bok-choy
