Pochero! I met a Navy man in Chicago. He told me about a Filipino chef in the ship he served at for a few years. The Navy man's favourite was pochero. I told him that he could learn pochero easily. I bet Lisa can master pochero after a few tries.

Wow ma'am Lisa congrats of cooking pochero..but you should try the pork pochero because that's the most common and popular dish here in the Philippines and next time you cook pochero don't forget to add carrots and beans or sweet beans because pochero is sweet and salty and don't put soy sauce and green peas and sausage to the dish because that is not in the recipe..

The banana we use for pochero is called saba. It's a little bigger and firmer than regular table banana.

The veggies are overcooked, maybe you should put them in when the chicken is more or less cooked already, so the vegetables will be a bit crispier. But overall you’re amazing
