Cumin Seeds 1tsp
Cinnamon Stick(1 Inch Piece) 1
Bay Leaf 1
Green Cardamom 3-4
Black Pepper Powder 1/2tbsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/2tbsp
Soy Sauce 1tbsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4tsp
Tomatoes(Chopped) 2 Medium Size
Roasted and Crushed Coriander 1tbsp
Roasted and Crushed Fennel Seeds 1/2tbsp
Red Chilli Flakes 1tsp
Basmati Rice(Soaked 1 Hour) 3 Cups
Water 4 Cups
Salt 1tbsp
Red Chilli Peppers(Sliced) 1-2
