2 cup all purose flour
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
for chicken:-
1/2 kg chicken
2 tbsp yogurt
1/2 lemon juice
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/3 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp tandoori masala powder
For sauce:-
4 tbsp thick yogurt
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp green chutney
onion rings
mint
coriander leaves
lemon juice and salt
