I hope he is at peace with the Lord now man , I will forever use his dicing technique on carrots and much more as a tribute to him! I learned it off him and thought that's cool to use on some stuff but now I'm gonna be doing it always , missing you jack , we all are buddy , may GOD rest your soul now .

I used your method on my spaghetti knob of butter in a skillet - and add sauce liek you did - that alone made my food more awesome. Learning a ton from these videos its liek over night ive become some kind of bringer of incredible food

My mom and I used to eat cold spaghetti sandwiches the next morning. She's long gone now but I still enjoy them and I've been cooking that same sauce for fifty years.

Love It Rider, My friend's Mom gave me a pan of fresh macaroni and a pan of buttered italian bread and I ate pasta sandwiches all the way from Ny to Dallas Texas eating the last bite crossing the Dallas County line! I like cold pasta to this day! Great Memories.
