Chicken Tikka Macaroni Recipe is a very delicious Macaroni recipe in which first chicken tikka is made then it is mixed with boiled macaroni after making a thick gravy using ground tomatoes
METHOD
1.For making Chicken Tikka Makaroni, first we need to marinate chicken pieces, so we need.
Macaroni 300 Gram
onions 2 medium size
Capsicum 2 piece
Ketchup 3 tbsp
Green chilli 4 piece
Boneless chicken cut into small cubes - 500 gram
To it add
Yogurt - 4 teaspoon
Tikka masala 1tbsp
soya sauce 2tbsp
Chili sauce 2tbsp
Black pepper powder - half teaspoon
Salt - as per taste
Garam masala powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Ginger garlic powder - 2 teaspoon
Mix it and fry.
2.In a pan heat oil - 3 tablespoon and to it add the marinated pieces and roast till tender and dry
3.Then add ground tomato paste of - 2 medium tomatoes
Tomato ketchup/sauce - 2 tablespoon
Mix well and cook till raw smell of tomatoes disappears
Add vinegar - 2 tablespoon and mix well
4.Now add boiled Macaroni - 200 gram and mix well
Also add few chopped coriander leaves
Few chopped green chilies
Mix well and serve hot.
