Paratha
All purpose flour half kg'
salt 1 tsp
oil 1 tbs
water as required
ghee for layering
oil for greasing hands and applying on dough
Chatney
Coriander fresh 1 cup
Mint fresh 1 cup
salt 1 tsp or half tsp upto taste
imli ka pani(tamarind water) half cup
water 1 cup
red chilli flakes 1 tbsp
chaat masala 1 tbsp
coriander crushed and roasted half tbsp
cumin crushed and roasted half tbsp
black salt 1/4 tsp
garlic 1 clove
Chicken tikka
chicken boneless 1kg
salt half tbsp or to taste
ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
tikka masala 1 tbs
crushed and roasted cumin half tbsp
crushed and roasted coriander 1 tbsp
lemon juice 1 tbs
red chilli flakes 1 tsp or to taste
oil 2 tbsp
food colour yellow optional
curd thick 2 tbsp
