Chicken Tikka Sausages
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg
-Ghee/Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) 1 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) ½ tsp
-Hari mirch (Green chili) chopped 2
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Chicken tikka masala 1 tbs or to taste
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:-
-In chopper,add chicken boneless cubes,ghee/butter,lemon juice,ginger garlic paste,onion,red chili powder, coriander powder,green chili,salt,chicken tikka masala,cumin seeds,garam masala powder,vinegar,fresh coriander and chop until well combined.
-On working surface and place cling film.
-Grease your hands with cooking oil,take a chicken mixture and roll it.
-Place over the cling film,wrap & roll it and tie the edges (makes 6).
-In boiling water,add prepared sausages and boil for 8-10 minutes then immediately add sausages in ice chilled water for 5 minutes then remove cling film.
-Can be store in freezer for up to 1 month.
-In frying or grill pan,add cooking oil and fry sausages until golden brown.

-Chopper mein chicken boneless cubes,ghee/makhan,lemon juice,adrak lehsan paste,pyaz,lal mirch powder, dhania powder,hari mirch,namak,chicken tikka masala,zeera,garam masala powder,sirka aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.
-Working surface per cling film laga lein.
-Haathon ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur chicken mixture ko la ker roll ker lein.
-Cling film per rakh dein aur wrap ker ka roll ker lein aur edges ko tie ker lein (makes 6).
-Boiling water mein tayyar sausages dal ker 8-10 minutes kliya boil ker lein aur foran ice chilled pani mein dal ker 5 minutes kliya chor dein phir cling film ko nikal lein.
-Freezer mein 1 month tak store ker saktay han.
-Frying or grill pan mein cooking oil dal dein aur sausages ko golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
