Chicken & Vegetable Chow mein | Chinese Recipe

Today's recipe is Chow mein. It's Chinese stir-fried noodles with vegetables and sometimes meat or tofu; the name is a romanization of the Taishanese chāu-mèn. The dish is popular throughout the Chinese diaspora and appears on the menus of most Chinese restaurants abroad. It is particularly popular in India,Nepal, the UK, and the US.
you'll need following ingredients :
200g Noodles
Cabbage
Carrot
Capsicum
salt to taste
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
1/2 tsp chicken powder
1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
2 tbsp soya sauce
for chicken marination
1 cup chicken (cut in julienne)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
2 tbsp corn flour
water as req

Well, it was a great recipe shown by the humble cook....But it can be improved a bit more..by adding 1-2 tea spoon oil while boiling the spaghetti as they won't let it get tangled quickly.... and instead of using oil...if would use butter...rest...my 100% appreciation goes to her...the cook off course...

Every thing is very good, according to my experience the pot should be more bigger, in place of salt, if we add more soya sauce the taste Will increase, I like more fine chicken pieces, with garlic I like to add ginger too.
