Chicken Vegetable Macaroni
Ingredients for Chicken Vegetable Macaroni
Macaroni 3 cups
Water 5-6 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Boneless chicken 500g
Chili garlic ketchup ¼ cup
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
Carrot chopped 1 cup
Capsicum chopped 1 cup
Onion chopped 1 cup
Sweet corn 1 cup
Cabbage chopped 1 cup
Directions for chicken vegetable macaroni:
1- In a pan add water, salt, let it boil, and add macaroni.
2- Boil until 80% done and set aside.
3- In another pan add oil and garlic and saute for a few seconds.
4- Now add boneless chicken and cook until changes color.
5- Now add chili garlic ketchup, soy sauce, black pepper powder, red chili
flakes, oregano, chili sauce, sauce, tomato ketchup, and mix it well.
6- Now add carrot, capsicum, onion, sweet corn, cabbage and give it a good
mix.
7- Now add boiled macaroni and mix it well.
8- Garnish it with green onion and serve.
Preparation time: 10-15 mins
Cooking Time: 15 mins
Servings: 3-4
