NOTE: Chicken wings usually take 10-12 minutes to fry , depending on the size of the wings and the temperature of the oil, the oil should be around 350F that's (medium heat) 👉Here's the secret to perfect wings every time "Float + 1 minute" Wings sink when they first hit the fry oil. You dont need oil if you fry on the fattier skin side down first. It will make the wings crispier and more healthy.
