Although I'm a Chinese but I'm not from china , I use hand eat with curry and meat plus other vegetable before , because first nice and tasty seconds healthy third easy to digest.using folk and spoon the taste is lesser if use hand the taste is nicer since I was young I see my friend using hand I see i try. Very tasty food with hand.
