Because i have both the sailing before and after COP as an oiler but please confirm how many months seatime they need as an oiler???? No worrirs bro you can ask, nowadays college has closed so thats why they are working from home. You have to complete 24 months seatime and then you will apply to college for MNTB record book after then you have to sail 9 months as 1st assistant of EOOW then you will go to uk to complete your course. Without MNTB you will not eligible, seatime after to get MNTB is must.

Bro this college is good for all marine courses, you please open its website and search what you want to do, Web is www.stc.ac.uk. After you completele your all Marine Certification courses you can apply to companies but engagement with comlanies depends on your luck.
