I don't know why it took me so long to get this but the reason why Butler Ryoshu is calling Nelly a failure is because while Nelly loses all hope and decided to help Erlking Heathcliff, In Butler Ryoshu ID Story instead of helping Heathcliff she stands down and fight him, even told her subordinate to evacuate and let her handle Heathcliff on her own. This shows although they're 'loosely' have the same role, they are clearly two opposite character

The Erlking Heath id we play as is that very heathcliff. It's nice that this maid ryoshu is her nicest version and she raised that boy herself giving him a mother figure he never had. Tragic is he still becomes the erlking at the end and she has to fight the son she raised.

Probably because international voiceovers might be a bit more difficult to get. They already mentioned that voice acting was a major cause of delays so that's why the skip the intervellos. The switch edition of ruina got Japanese voices though!
