I definitely think admins act differently around koil, but I think koil characters are so troll that the normal people he meets in the city usually don’t give him special treatment. Buddahs’ situation is so much worse because he complains and yells at everyone, so even normal players are afraid to deal with him.

It really is sad. Even Mcnulty made the same mistake when tuggz tried to talk to him where he wasn’t paying attention and he isn’t a bad cop. The cops just default into this mindset that when the criminals are talking to them in the cells, they just want to lower their time and fines. When the vast majority of criminals/lawyers that talk in the cells are trying to get the cops to fix their shitty system and really don’t care about spending an extra hour in prison or paying $50k more in fines.

PD put all of CG in jail and told them their bail hearing would probably be the next day. 3 days of CG sitting in jail later the PD still hadn't even questioned anyone but Zolo and K, never mind tried to set up a bail hearing or finished doing the paperwork, they still didn't have any evidence or anything on the court docket DURING the trial and the judges had to "go off of what the police reports said". They then treated Ellie and Suarez even worse simply for being associated with CG and Ellie literally told Crane all of this shit he's now talking to Slacks about when they had him kidnapped.

I don't remember who plays Siobhan. They do a great job acting as a Super Villain, though. I can't imagine how Siobhan is any fun at all to play. The surprise these men are experiencing just shows they never listen because they always think they are right. Bones still went to the DOJ to ask what to charge Soze with a day after he was told to stop doing that. Maybe these guys should get suspended for a week to see what it feels like. Did this guy just say the police rush things so people can get bail? Has there been a single person in 4.0 that has gotten bail yet? Bail needs to be automatic and given as an option before you get sent up to prison for all non guilty pleas that have a lawyer posting it to the docket. Just make it so the state takes a car/property owned by the individual if they don’t show up to court and if they don’t own anything they have to pay 5x their fine. People shouldn’t be forced to do jailtime just because the cop is trying to force bogus charges on them.
