@Sakhile the powers of the Office of the Chief Justice (i.e) judiciary, parliament and the executive i.e. ministers/ministries are subject to the Constitution. This defines powers and functions of these 3 branches of the State. The Chief Justice has no such power to enter into executive decision making. That mandate is given by you and I to the governing party, and the leaders they chose for parliament and the executive.
