If can understand, CJ Owiny-Dollo and Dr. Olara Otunnu work together always. If Makerere University gad requested Dr. Otunnu to lecture at MU, why should CJ denied him the privillega? Isn't that what they are preaching always between the Acoli people. That is jelosy or nyeko in Luo. Give him the chance to Explorer his mind.
