Actually, the original message he is passing is about a boy crying wolf whilst there was no wolf, people gathered to see the wolf but there was no wolf in reality. When the wolf arrived, the little boy started crying wolf again but then people refused coming out as they believed he was tricking them. Yes, the king always tell his subjects lies. The king is the only person that sees the tiger, he was playing tricks on them. Probably he was looking for something, but unfortunately for him, the day the tiger eventually showed up, nobody believed him and he was devoured by the tiger. In summary, always be truthful when dealings with people.
