Writing down your thoughts can be therapeutic. I have started recently doing that, but it's something at first was actually traumatic to me as I didn't feel safe writing down what was going on in my head. Now that I realize I am in a safe place, I can do it with positive results. NO judgement zone😊!

Do not think I have heard all of NFs songs yet but so far I have not come across a bad one and I don't think it will happen either. The realness of NF is what makes him so relatable and great. We are all human and therefor we have more incommon then not, no matter what type of life we live, what type of job we have or what our experiances are. Personaly, I have gone through stuff I would not wish upon anyone but I have never wished those experiances away because they shaped me to who I am today and I am proud of the person I have become. Just like you said Chief. ❤ Great reaction and I can't wait for more NF 🤗❤️

Nate personifies his notepad and his emotions almost as alter egos. It's so interesting to hear, and also important to keep in mind as you move through the journey that sometimes he's talking to a different emotion or another side of himself. 🤘 Edit: Definitely do Wake Up at some point, but it doesn't matter if it's before it after Paralyzed. 🙂
