After living in DFW for most of my 20s, i became a huge Longhorns fan. I watched this skinny kid come in and dominate right outta highschool. Running that 40 actually hurt how everyone looked at him. He went from being a great, albeit undersized, all around reciever to nothing but a speed guy. He's got nasty, stop start ability and runs some nasty routes. His size does scare me, but it wasnt an issue in college and im excited to see his career unfold

These guys are the fans that annoy me the most. So lazy to just get mad because he ran a 4.21 he must be John Ross, or oh because he’s 165-173 he must be mecole hardman. This kid is so freaking special. Just wait.

@lambassted3040 who do you think had more production in college? Worthy or Legette? I'll give you an even better question, if the draft had happened 9 months earlier, who would have gone in the 1st or 2nd round, and who would have gone undrafted?

Watch the separation that Xavier gets out of his breaks...I just can't see him not being very good with Mahomes and Reid. Reminds me of a faster Desean Jackson.

@@zoluhwa3508 Leading up to the draft I wanted AD Mitchell or a tackle in the 1st round. We traded up to 28 so it felt like the pick was AD…but it was his teammate Xavier. I didn’t hate the pick but I definitely didn’t love it. I watched his targets from 2022 and 2023 at Texas. The videos show that Xavier is a good route runner, he tracks the ball over his shoulder very well, he has great stop start ability, good hands and toughness. The biggest thing is that the QB Quinn Ewers is cheeks. With Pat throwing to him, Andy calling the plays and giving Xavier pet routes will make a huge difference, a huge potential boost. They’ll know to use him and put him in position to succeed. I haven’t even mentioned the speed btw. That’s why I feel better.

As a side note, I hope the Raiders draft Quinn Ewers. He is terrible but supposedly a top QB in next years draft. Fingers crossed

@@zoluhwa3508 Lol I’ve been a Chiefs fan since birth. Pre combine I was of the mindset that receiver was our #1 need. But I only believed there were a few that would fit with Pat’s game and Andy’s scheme. I believed the best WR available around 32 was AD Mitchell, so I was rooting for him to be the pick. When I saw Xavier’s film I thought he was a 4.37-4.43 guy. The 4.21 never showed up once on his film. So the top end speed had me worried that he was overhyped because of the 40 time. After listing out pros/cons and the target film I was relieved. Plus Xavier really wanted to be a Chief for the last couple years and even got the KC tattoo. I hope he’s an all time Chiefs great

We won’t be keeping hollywood after 1 year so this is his replacement eventually. Let worthy have 1 year to learn the system and not have to throw him in full force right away. Watch by year 2 worthy will be a pretty good WR aside rice.

Did you guys intentionally create a bad reaction just to get views? That's SAD. It wasn't parody, people were mocking Xavier to KC because the fit was basically perfect. You guys either A) intentionally fabricated a false reaction for views (which is really sad) or B) just know nothing about draft analysis and broadcasted it live for everyone to see.

These guys are such lightweights! They are pretenders to being Chiefs experts! By the way the Parody guy is a parody of what a Chiefs analyst should be.
