Veach doesn't get enough credit. Especially considering how much value he's found picking at the end of each round (given the Chief's success) and finding a ton of stars in the mid to late rounds. He's not perfect, but he's been a stellar GM and has consistently gotten better.

I think he's had a long enough tenure that we can judge his success as a GM fairly accurately. He's also big Motivator, Mahomes talks about when he hurt ankle the 1st time and when he was in locker room, & Veach told him, "Just think of the story you'll have when we win the Superbowl this yr. & they did !!
