Please, on a different note, biko, do you know anywhere near Enugu or near 9th Mile where one can buy land for between N400k - N600k per plot, legitimately and devoid of fraud or interminable harrasment from community members? The intention is not to build it up anytime soon, but just a means of storing and preserving value for future use ? Biko, let me know.

I'm worried about owning land in African countries because y the political system is unstable and if too many black Americans send U.S. dollars over to Nigeria its just going keep crashing yall currencies. do it create a new underclass of people that's already there? my question is. can yall guarantee that Nigerian government isn't going try to take back the land when the value increases over because black Americans coming over to buy everything up because its dirt cheap. that's my biggest fear
