Can’t thanks enough for this. This is the one of the best recipe of chhole i ever came across. I made it twice and it came out so delicious. Each ingredient gave its individual flavour and texture of chhole. Must say presentation and cinematography here is top notch. 1/2 kg channy Dip in water 1 tea spoon baking soda 12 hours in cover drain water Boil in pressure cooker (after adding water) 1 tea spoon salt 5 mint wistle Don't throw water ----Channy ka masala---- 1 cup oil 0.5 table spoon lehsan paste 0.5 table spoon ginger paste 1 pc crushed onion cook the onion until it changes color and water gets dry Lower the heat 1 tea spoon salt 1 tsp chili powder 1 tsp chili flakes 1 tsp turmic powder 1 tsp black pepper powder fry the powders ----Thinkness---- 1 small boiled potato 0.5 cup boiled channy add little water Grind to make paste ------- Add the paste in masala fry the masala 3 pcs dar cheni 3 pcs bri elaichi 2-3 minute cook heat medium 1 tsp zera powder 1 tsp dhania powder 1 tsp garam masala powder stirr 1 tsp chicken powder/chicken cube 1 tsp aam chor powder add boiled channy 0.5 cup dahi add 3 cup chanmy wala water (Jb channy masala chor dein) cover the sause pan cook for 10 minutes 1 tsp kasoori methi 3 hari mirchein dhaniya mix cook on low heat for 3 minutes
