Chilas to Raikot - A Road to test your Temperament and Endurance

Chilas to Raikot road is a real test of your temperament and fitness. The wilderness, mighty Karakoram range, and Indus River gives you a scary and amazing feeling at the same time. The patch is not in good condition. After Raikot bridge the road is carpeted and clean till Khunjarab pass.

what about the road condition till Hunza and Khunjrab

The road from Dasu to Raikot (Fairy Meadow Point) is not in good condition. Its like G.T Road, you will see sand on the road which makes drive slippy and its too hot. After crossing Raikot bridge the Road is like newly build motorway and in very good condition till Khunjrab Pass.

Brother its to hot in summer it was 38 in Lahore and 44 degree on this road and sand on the road makes drive slippy. The dry mountains and indus River makes it Scarry. But it is amazingly beautiful and gives Scarry look at same time.
