I remember that my kid (with Cecilia) followed Athletic career despite of having tons of farming tools & animals shoved to his face everyday. I also remember being given a child interest item by Gustafa for whatever reason despite of rarely interacting with him, and weirdly enough, i got a medallion from the athlete as well, despite of having quite *unique* history of making his son cry near my stand because he doesn't have enough money to buy anything

So is there still a way to influence the interests in the teenage year? My child has many abilities, but only one interest, which is academics (which is also the highest ability, making them the depressed child) I'm trying to influence their interests, but I only saw a rise in ability 🤔

-You may change their interest but it's too late to change their future career - Teenager are always depressed regardless of their ability - You should show them object but it affect very little to their interest during teenage phase

My child seemed to be very depressed since chatpter 3 and I read that if there's a gap between ability and interest in academics (what is the case for mine) the child will be depressed. But now you say the teen will always be depressed. So it's normal for them to say things like "no one could ever love me" and so on?

Couse my Childs interessts has stopped grow, he's huuuuge in farming and the second is ranching, other 4 stats are pretty low couse want him become a farmer. So is this stop normal? After chapter 4 your child can increase a little bit. Don't worry I'm sure they will choose Farming

Is there rly no item to increase the abilities of the child in Farming or ranching? I have a child with cecilia and want to focus him on farmen 1st and 2nd ranching, both stats increases in "likes" every day a bit but in abilities not, so i kind of worried other stats could gets higher, like athletics or academic, Art is empty and music, just jea athletics got rly RLY less a bit and academics... (sry my english is not the best) thanks for your videos.

Don't worry. Focus on increasing "Likes" and next year "ability" will increase

Who did you married to? You still have time by showing them tools + crops/animal product. Taking over the farm is the easiest career

@@SMilkSOS i married gordy but i have been trying to befriend vista and the other 2 on her farm i made enimies with the twins and nami my kid has art on her brain and such been showing her my tools and crops now im also showing her seeds

@@rebeccawilliams4485 Other than farming, you should show them animal tools + egg/milk + chicken/dog in case they want to be a rancher. Make your kid love you and save/reset everyday until they offer to help out at the farm early in the morning, it boosts a little too. Your relationships with the villiagers don't affect your child career so don't worry about it
