How many GC on round 2 before the 2dc ch1 2dc for size 1-2(3-4) im struggling to understand the pattern

Hi Jenny I’m in the middle of making the size 3-4 and have finished the spot for sleeves. I’ve completed round 1 but am I now suppose to go straight the flatten bottom and skip round 2 for the split for sleeves section? I’m a little confused Thanks
