You can open or watch youtube by voice command while youtube application locked already.

​​@@infoguru5013yes, Watched again and you have not tried to search any KZbin program by your voice command, you just opened youtube and entered PIN. Set PIN and Locked the youtube which you have already done and now search any KZbin program by voice command and can see youtube program list on screen then click one of them, KZbin play that program without asking PIN. Please try and make a new video with a voice command.

You can just disable the lock in home profile then KZbin will still open..
