The whale to Phoenix is an image, no, experience one can not forget. The remix of Starline along with the visuals from this stage is simply the best that Miziguchi has ever done. Just listening to this still gives me the chills. Here's to Genki Rockets...a virtual band that was truly ahead of it's time.

Only if we can get the original Child of Eden on PC. I mean Rez infinite did come out on Steam so hopefully it's possible. I have little hope though it won't be tainted by Uplay garbage because of Ubisoft though.

I remember the first time I listened to this, I cried. The final part of the chapter where Lumi starts to appear, the whale evolving into a phoenix. It was so new to me. I was 19 years old and the music entered to me right into my heart. I will never forget that day.

Love Child of Eden, and this level particularly. Unfortunately this rendition of the song doesn't come close to capturing the sheer beauty and intensity of the Phoenix Boss Battle. Especially on Hard mode. It would be cool if there was a version that captured all the individual sound bytes because there were ALOT in the Celestial Whale & Phoenix battles
