Child Safe Standard 1 - Child safety is embedded in leadership, governance and culture

Did you know that being a child safe organisation starts at the top? Take a look inside the organisational culture of child safe organisations and learn how their leadership structure and practices keep their children safe.
In this video, you will hear from organisations that are early adopters of the Child Safe Standards. They were asked to demonstrate how they implement specific Standards. The Office of the Children’s Guardian does not endorse any organisation represented in this video. Examples of their practice are used to help improve knowledge on how all organisations can be safer for children.
