It was so fun there except the kids. They were more mean than the regular schools. But now that I know how to defend myself, i honestly wanna go back just to see the horses. I miss vanilla and panda

I wish I wasn't overlooked when I was young, like I knew how to hide obvious signs of abuse to well. this would've helped me out... Anyways seeing this makes me want to create a program of my own, maybe for adults. Like I feel if an adult didn't find help during their childhood life is more challenging.

bro this place was the most worse experience of my life , they put hands on you , they make you do everything they say and if you don’t they’ll take away points and antagonize kids all the time , the only time it was a good day was wednesdays when the supervisor and every other staff member was there . i wish i can blow this place up it literally changed me from being a happy heartfelt kid into an angry rage filled demon that doesn’t trust anybody and feels alone because i feel i can’t talk to anybody

I was there like from 91 to 95 I believe it was the best time of my life of course there's bad and good kids that's anywhere in the world sorry you had a bad experience there

I was a whale at the swimming pool I remember starting off as a tadpole I was there for almost 5 years the best years of my life is that bad? I remember volunteers called Eagles when I had to leave was one of the worst days of my life I didn't leave with my stuff i accumulated over the years almost 5 years 😢 the only pictures of any kind of childhood or any pictures I have of me when I was younger wish there was a way I could get some pictures I remember being in the Cherry Festival Parade as a Village Equestrian I rode a beautiful black horse named her Black Beauty obviously got to meet the 1995 UCLA Bruins basketball team met Arnold Schwarzenegger played the Abominable Snowman in the play one year rode to Rockland for hours on end on my Bike and went hiking was on the A's little league team the memories so abundant i miss my therapist she was the best and my foster grandparents I had through the Village they were Portuguese I never got to say goodbye i think of them still to this day.....
