Childhood Abuse and Migraine

Ive always wondered if my chronic migraines were a result of childhood abuse. The heavy physical abuse started around 7 yearsold, migraines started around 9 years. Specifically, head trauma and suffication. Doctors have always said that there was no connection. But, it stands to reason that there would be. Thank you for this topic.

I do beleive that every last long term ailment people experience, both mental and physical all stem from childhood trauma. All of it. Im not a doctor, just have observed that the people with the worst mental and physical problems have had the worst lives. Especially those with schizophrenia. Throwing meds at someone is never as helpful as throwing your arms around them and offering love and support. I'm glad this is finally being looked into more seriously.
