Yo I just found this channel, and Holy shit bro. 1. NERF WARS WAS REAL BACK IN THE DAY, MAN. I had multiple guns, ammo refills, and even a couple of the bandolier kits. When they had that line of medieval weaponry, I GOT ALL THOSE TOO. WITH MY OWN MONEY (this was all in college/ high school when I was working and making my own money) 2. Seeing all the childhood memories displayed here in such an accurate representation of both COD and the way kids see NERF is super impressive. It’s either nerf wars or toy lightsaber duels until someone accidentally got hurt. Usually tho I didn’t have all that many nerf wars tho. In fact I can only remember one big nerf war similar to the one your talking about in this video, except different rules and a “boss battle”. Basically it was a friends birthday with a bunch of people, but the thing is, his dad was joining in and unlike everyone else you have to shoot him multiple times in order to actually get him down, and I got the last few shots on him too.

As a kid I also had nerf wars but it was just me and my best friend running around the backyard shooting each other with nerf darts, we even got fake weapons for halloween and would have melee battles if things got to that point. My friend spent all his money on the smaller nerf guns while I got the bigger ones, it all came down to who ran out first but it was usually me and my friend would get me with one if his 6 guns

Bruuuuh, this took me waaaay back. Even as a adult, I still have my Nerf arsenal on me. But you know how it goes man, friends get old along with you while having a family and being too busy, you know. But damn those were the days.

True even as an adult still think back to the days when me and all my friends would get together have an entire battle using the entire neighborhood as our battlefield taking cover behind houses, cars, trees, etc. Having multiple battles until the sun would go down. I swore we had a battle every weekend to the point where everyone in the neighborhood wanted to join so we decided to form different factions to make things more interesting since having 2v2 game modes over and over again would eventually get stale and I'm glad we did since it made it feel more like a warzone in the neighborhood than just kids shooting each other with foam darts which sounds lame when you put it like that. Now it honestly sucks when you get older since everyone has things that consume their time so you can no longer have things like this happen often kids slowly stopped playing in the nerf battles by 5th grade and everyone just moved on when we got into middle school.
