Does sound like alexi and I agree... sounds like classic CoB but I couldn't shake the feeling that it wasn't actually them either... years ago there was a version of The Final Countdown that was supposedly COB but was finally proven not to be. The production on this sounds like a demo as well... which makes me think it could be COB. Tough call.
