Level 5 Bellevue ex skill vs lvl 6 decreased DMG vs lvl 5 DMG increase Among this which one is best? Is lvl 5 free hero skill better than lvl 5 DMG increase?

I'd say dmg increase is better. There are some cases where that may not hold true for ftp heroes but most time it would

Is ZH 2 Conqueror any good as a base skin? 35 Attack 10 Hp seems pretty good but when used in actual battle, doesn't seem to do that much damage?

As a holding bonus it's nothing special. Better to grab one of the bases with dmg stat, or vit. If I'm equipping a base from that chest it's probably Frost Kirin

Which skin do you recommend to an f2p with 75 VIT max limit? +20 VIT capacity or faster VIT regeneration

Hercules with the 5% dmg dec is best base for everyone in there. If you only choosing between the 2 you mentioned the vit recovery is better

It has a cool skill if you win consistent battles it get stronger(to a point) but I'd get frost kirin as the base if you want to equip it.
