Auntie Fee, I'm just viewing this video for the time today and I just started grinning because the other day, I tried the seasoning to fry chicken legs, and I thought about u an added seasoning salt, garlic/onion powder, black pepper, and then I added the paprika for the MF color like you say, but also because of u, I added parsley because u said it taste good with everything. The chicken turned out good, so I was tickled when I saw this video because u actually use the Louisiana seasoning, and u added the seasonings like I thought u would, except the parsley.
