Shin ramen is actually quality grade Noodles from Korea… some of the best there is… I have a lot of Asian friends that eat mostly that 🙂🙂 they are delicious especially the spicy 🌶 ones… and homemade ramen can take up to 2 days to make 😅 if you have the Time and patience then it’s worth it lol

It’s just starting to sprout. The garlic loses its pungent flavor when this happens. I’ve accidentally left garlic in the cabinet for too long many times and I find it totally sprouted… you can always plant it!

Actually Ramen is aChinese word and common Chinese food. Japanese haven't started to eat Ramen until merely 100 years ago, after the Meiji Restoration Movement.

I’m Chinese, Ramen 🍜 doesn’t have to be hand pulled noodles, La Mein does. Ramen refers to the Japanese dish explicitly because of how much the Japanese Ramen has diverged from its origin (brought by Chinese immigrants to Japan). So no, Ramen is not a Chinese word and a common Chinese food, La Mein is.
