Can You Make Perfect Chili With Beans in 60 Minutes?

My simple but delicious recipe for any day or night chili with beans.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef 80/20
1 can of beans
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup of water
3tbs of chili seasoning
1 whole or half chopped onion
3 slices of chopped green pepper (optional)
2tbs olive oil to sauté the onions in
Toppings are optional= I used guacamole, sour cream, graded cheddar cheese and fresh lime.

As a pharmacist, I always recommend treatment for a stye using warm/hot compresses and afterwards applying the OTC ointment called "Stye". It draws it out.
