■Artist Statement
The fancy #nightview of a #city is one of major tour attractions,
and sometimes the view symbolizes the city itself.
Due to its beauty, a night view is usually considered as something to look at
and appreciate as we do so to the stars.
However, unlike stars, the #nightscape is an artificial light made by workers of the metropolis.
While the city shows off its cultural and economic power through the scenery
,people living in it becomes a faint spot in the glamourous view.

'The Planets' is a series of work including #photos and #mediaarts.
The #landmarks of big cities were chosen to illustrate irony
of how labor turns into an object to appreciate.
Since each city signifies the whole world, the scenery is formed into a shape of sphere,
which represents the #Earth.
