‘Chill’ Man Watches TV After Ceiling Collapses on Him

Robert Gongora is being called “The Chillest Dude in America” after his ceiling fell on top of him. Gongora was watching TV in his living room when his ceiling collapsed. His bulldog, Chuck, moved right before the ceiling came down on his owner. Instead of freaking out, Gongora cleared the debris from his eyes, so he could continue watching TV. He says a leaky air conditioning system is to blame for the incident.

A tree fell through my ceiling and onto the bed right next to me in October 2020 during a storm, and this is quite literally exactly how I reacted. Woke up, realized my ceiling was falling, and decided I didn’t want to deal with it so I turned over and tried to go back to sleep. My parents ran in, obviously frantic, and made me get up and I remember being annoyed and going in the kitchen to make coffee. It’s still hilarious to think about, minus the fact that I had to move out of my house for 3 months. Funniest part was I didn’t wake up to the crash of a dead tree breaking through the roof, I woke up from one of the pieces smacking me in the face after the tree had already fallen. 💀

I sprung a TERRIBLE leak in my kitchen a few years back when I was in the midst of a DEEP depression. It was raining inside the kitchen, water running through the cabinets. The ceiling in my bedroom unexpectedly collapsed, and it sent me into a tizzy. O yeah, when mine collapsed we were in the living room at the time not even on the same floor. Still it made me spring up and start running around like a nutcase trying to figure out what the hell happened. We were laughing our asses off over it, and counting our blessings that it happened when the room was empty. One thing we definitely didn't do is chill out and watch TV like literally nothing happened. This guy is a legend. I'm not sure why exactly? Or just what kind of legend he is? But dude's some kinda of legend!!!! Right?!?!
