I know exactly how you feel. I too have an hour commute 1 way to work. It's definitely increased the level of anxiety and depression I was already struggling to handle. Little moments like listening to this mix are sometimes the only pieces of levity I get anymore. It makes me sad that someone else is struggling like me because I wouldn't wish how I feel on anyone, but glad that I am not alone

The morning mix turned into a real high! I took my street-trials bike and set off to conquer the Black Sea coast. I raced along the beach, leaving my footprints in the wet sand, climbed steep hills, where I had an incredible view of the raging waves. Where the sand became too soft to ride, I just walked beside the bike, enjoying the fresh sea air and the spray of the waves. The sea was storming, the wind was fluttering my hair, and I felt completely free and happy. This ride gave me a charge of energy for the whole day and unforgettable impressions. The Black Sea in such weather is something special!

I havent listened to deep house since i was a younger man, raving all night and ending up at afters withrandom strangers, who at that time, felt like my best friends in the world. With a bag of E, MDMA and Ket going around. If only drug use and music could have stayed like that for me. Addiction took a turn for the worse and ruined my life and i couldn't like this sort of music any more. Im 36, i got my shit together and my life is incredible now. Oh and i got diagnosed with ADHD a few weeks ago and my treatment is changing my life even more. I'm so much more appreciative of life, and i dont regret the sleepless nights listening to this sort of music with stranger and vibing. The good old days, and now the good new days 🎧🎶❤️ Great set, earned my sub for sure, ill listen to this while working and while chiling all summer long ❤

hey man, i relate to this profoundly. My love for house music started at 19, first year of college in Montreal, CA. What started with popping 1 or 2 MDMA pills at a rave quickly turned into 3, then 4, then 5, then 6, until i could barely feel the effects anymore. It spiraled into cocaine use, heavy drinking, and terrible decisions. I snapped out of it at 25 thanks to my gf (now wife), now at 30 and married with a kid on the way, I'm happy those days are behind me. Little did i know, all of this would also accentuate my ADHD in my every day life, but it's getting better. Admittedly, house music teleports me to those days, to what i consider both the best and worst years of my life. House music is, and always will have a special place in my heart.

Only 25 but i also recently got diagnosed with ADHD after a good few years of addiction, just wanted to say that i cannot recommend enough the book "small talk" and trust me, i know what it's like as a fellow ADHD'er when i try to read something but i just finished the book this morning. Genuinely its already helping me so fucking much.

Hey, I can related and I also got diagnosed with ADHD later in my adult life. One piece of advice, stay away from any form of stimulant medication, if you have a history of drug abuse, its a recipe for relapse.
