Sounds like online customer service all around lately has been absolute trash, jfc. I don't mind hearing your rants during these binder maintenance videos; it not only allows you to get it off your chest but it brings certain awareness to people during stupid crap like this. I'm sorry to hear how crappy all of this online stuff has been..no wonder people charge so much for POBs from places like Toktoq and other Korean sites. Your situation with Paypal is so painful too..reminds me of the situation I had with my bank..except I didn't fight it..I just got scammed and lost $200.

the way i ran to find the holo bunny sleeves for my hwa collection just to see that they don't offer international shipping 😭 but i guess finding a us proxy would be cheaper anyway so i will not be stopped! i love how your binders and the toploaders turned out, so cute 🥰 my gom just sent earlier today a message saying that the toktoq set order for the unit pcs was missing stuff and now i am extra worried 😖 it's so weird to me that their own platform is the worst at all of this? like this is not a good look for ateez, why are you of all companies the least competent when you have the most to lose??
