You can pick up weapons which most of them never really did, then there is always the option to door slam if you are desperate and a few vents, you can also lock certain doors to buy time. The victim has plenty of ways to somewhat “counter” the killer, but for beginners it’s going to be tougher for sure.

I feel like Dead by Daylight is better since you can survive the killer longer and its not an instant death. I do like the map and that with different tasks but even games like Friday the 13th when you can use a bat to stun the guy was helpful atleast this is either your lucky and get the quick outs or you live long enough to get stabbed

I disagree, the stakes are higher in a game like this, but I also just really dislike the gameplay of DBD. The door slamming was already pretty annoying when Chilled was the killer this game. Maybe take *one* hit and then the killer needs to catch you again, because they tend to die as soon as the killer catches up.

The normal game is 3v4 friday the 13th but this game mode is I think 1v3 or 4.

I think the biggest thing is dbd doesn’t force you into immediate life or death, but progresses to it unlike this scenario where after 2 hits you’re gone. Dead by daylight isn’t as harsh of a game which leads to more engagement instead of games using a model similar to friday 13th

The sorority map was mid. I kinda didn't like it. And whomever was dead (in game) early on the game was a bummer for them. I kinda liked the map where they had the relatives go for the victims and the relatives go help grandpa. Communication was wonky and everyone talking over each other. And no one knew the mechanics, hence early death and not fair for them. It's good to see an oldie, but semi goodie game come back. I'll be honest, I dont like this game. It looks way too unbalanced & the premise makes no sense. So this dude breaks into a sorority house & the girls living there for some reason somehow dont have the house in order, they have to fix a fuse box, find a pole, car keys, radio/ telephone etc. Yet the bad guy has all of these advantages first thing he doesn't have to sabotage or be stealthy before he starts his unalive spree? To top that off for some reason all of the girls walk/ run as if they're already injured with a limp even though they haven't been damaged yet, but the bad guy can run/ walk faster than them? And they all absolutely have to be in their underwear? I just can't this game. Games dont need to make sense, but there's a certain amount that it should make sense to a degree. The game itself needs to be more fleshed out than this. Also, the games devs need to stress the fact that they need to implement custom game lobby for friends to play together. This should be the highest priority right next to game balance.

attic pole in the basement, that makes some semblance of sense don't actively use it and you can get hurt by it so keep it in storage, the fuse is broken, this doesn't make sense because first why is there so many fuses around the place and how does taking one out not power down that section of the house and why is the fuse connected to the phone outside or in the basement(didn't see other locations) when there's like 3 other fuse boxes around the house it seems, the car keys make some sense cause most people misplace their keys in random parts of their house, the weird walking is definitely a problem to me but most people sleep in their underwear or have pj's which if you've noticed was both, also Johnny is instantly at a disadvantage cause he has to break down a door to get in although that's honestly the only real disadvantage, they didn't use all of the tools available here like the perfume can stop his tracking or locking doors behind them to stall the killer but at the same time Johnny having to cooldown on swing is absurd
