Jelly is made from fruit juices, jam is made from fruit puree/mashed fruits, marmalade is made with the whole fruit-skins included. I made Watermelon Jelly a few weeks ago and it was awesome 🤤

Umm.. the difference between jam and jelly is how it is made. Jelly is made from the juice of whatever fruit is used. Jam uses a whole crushed/smashed fruits. What fruit it is doesn't matter
