Nice work. I piped in a similar setup a couple of weeks ago but used schedule 80 PVC. Doesn't look as nice as yours but is very quick if time is limited vs black iron.
@EminHVAC9 жыл бұрын
Thanks! Yeah I've seen that as well, never really piped using PVC, I guess it all depends on the pressure of the system. Don't really know, I'm not a chemical guy lol. Thanks for watching

Strange usually a diode array is done in pvc as to not get diodes that are installed ate up by piping in the array. A lot of chances for corrosion in this set up with copper to steal to cast iron to brass. Looks good just never seen it done like this before.

Where is the array that you saw.

Nice work! Those conductivity or ORP probes need to be kept clean. Do you think they designed the piping for easy isolation and cleaning of the probe if it needs to be done on a weekly basis?

Hey bro Is that a knipex if it is does it grip like the vice grip one that looks like that and is it better than the vice grip
@EminHVAC9 жыл бұрын
Yes its a knipex, it grips outstanding, they grip just as good as my pipe wrenches, in my opinion even better.
@hardcooling9 жыл бұрын
Cool bro so do you think they're stronger than the IRWIN vise grip ones you know the yellow and blue ones
@EminHVAC9 жыл бұрын
hardcooling I've tried them before, they are pretty good, I think the knipex are way better and a lot slimmer
@hardcooling9 жыл бұрын
Thanks bro I think I'm going to be getting myself one knipex it's the Cobra right

Emin HVAC Great video Brother!! I'm an inside HVAC supervisor at a hospital in Massachusetts for the last 27 years. Unfortunately, no one really cares about chemical treatment, diligent chemical testing, and maintaining their systems for optimal performance. We have 10" tower condenser water lines in our building from "1966" that are as good as new. Administrators and the "bean counters" don't see or appreciate good chemical treatment, just consider the cost of chemicals as an unnecessary expense. They could care less about protecting the piping, it's all about their budget, cost savings, and year end bonuses.
