The decade ends at the end of 2020. The calendar didn't start at year 0; it started at 1. Decades go 1-10, 11-20, etc., so 2011-2020.

Gorgeous art, gorgeous art. And I immediately recognized who it was, too. He posts on Reddit sometimes. His Korean scenes are awesome. And that one picture of the old man in the diner is really cool. I think his style is actually truly artistic. He doesn't just replicate the world, but rather interprets it via line and simplified colors. His art is something you can't just get from taking a photograph or from visiting a place. Excellent stuff.
